Always up to date with the latest of Jim Rogers, John Stossel, Marc Faber, Peter Schiff and Ron Paul!
lol at the ending of the video "we are still screwed"
This interview was made of win.I lolled the way the talking heads went "ooh" and "aah, really" like they had never before heard the argument that Peter is making. And those are the people who are supposed to be informed and report news to people...
Well Schiff is right...the only way things will change politically is if/when the American dollar has an epic collapse.
What brings "change politically" to my mind is Germany during their 1920's-30's depression when their citizens "asked" the Weimar Govt. to "do something" and look what they received....HMM?Let us all pray that "Americans" (and I use the term loosely) don't follow down that same road.It is amazing what people will ask for when they get hungry.
Meia pwn'd. I've seen most of Peter's interviews like most of you guys... Probably one of his best. People are waking up but that’s just the first phase. Take action now when you can lol
can some one please sub title what Mark Haines says at the end of the interview. (that which provoked laughter)

Did anyone else notice the bottom of the screen at about 9:00? The caption on the "Breaking News" banner was something to the effect that the durable goods orders rose for the first time after a record 6 straight quarters of decline. It seems strange that the producers would put that up while Peter was talking (also stood out to me was how Joe mentioned his producers said something to him in his earpiece to rebutt what Peter was saying). Almost like MSNBC was trying to make Peter Schiff look wrong. Did anyone else get that impression?
Absolutely awesome!!! I just love Peter Schiff. He articulated the truth so simply and so clearly in this short amount of time which cannot be easy with the limited space they give him. I think he did a brilliant job and he deserves recognition and praise for having seen what was coming.
The first min clearly shows the herd mentality.
Why doesn't the people around Peter Schiff understand what he is talking about? There isn't much economic terms, its common sense. Or has education made them more stupid? Brain-washed?
IMO, herd mentality is very strong for people that are entrenched in their own little “subculture”, like finance, media, government etc. They go to work, regurgitate corporate symbols/language, then go home and relax. After all the punishment from the workday, they are too tired “find the truth”. It takes less energy/effort to repeat what everyone else is saying, thus the “herd mentality”. Me included, I’m assuming most of you have a lot of time on your hands to research these ideas and find the truth in things. We have it easy since we have the time to dig further than most people. For example about the “herd”, I have a friend that was laid off from Goldman Sachs. He’s “smart” in some ways, but you would think he would have an open mind about the “real world”. We’ll he’s completely detached from real peoples’ problems since he was “entrenched”. He told me that inflation will top at 6% lol. I though, wtf, you mean the fake inflation numbers or real world inflation???
Mark Haines: please explain how you are even less lucky than a blind squirrel.
I presently work and mentor a young man who just graduated from college who majored in economics. He told me today that he has learned more about economics in six weeks listening to me than he learned in 4 years of college. I gave him this blog and he watches it daily. What are they reaching in college these days??!This kid feels ripped off by the college he attended.
