obama is going to do what is "necessary", we (constitutionalist /libertarians) want more individual liberty, big government is the problem, more goverment will not bring prosperity, we should not be feeling reinsured by any fancy words that we heard today

I believe that we have reached the point in our country where many of our people have stopped thinking about anything that is really important. It is just "too much trouble" to think of these things. "I wish I had the time, but American Idol is on."
ReplyDeleteScary thoughts, but I believe this is the case. We are fast becoming a nation of intellectual cripples, who follow fluff and images, rather than reality and substance. I have heard so many people stating their reasons why Obama will succeed:
"He is so young, he must be good."
"He has such a nice family."
He seems so positive, and what's wrong with being positive?"
"He is so cute."
"He has a nice bod."
"He just sounds and looks so good when he is speaking."
We are in BIG TROUBLE folks.
