  2. Porn freaks! LOL
Anyway, what do you expect from the media. They are steeped in the idea that all is well. Never to worry, they will find out soon enough.

  5. I have never seen a more clear example of how manipulative and fake the "news" has become.

  6. Notice how the head space for the reporter is given properly with at least 2 inches on all sides of his face. The lighting and setting is professional and clean.

When Peter and Gerald are shown their faces are over-bright and headspace is cut off. Also a shaky camera is used. Is this an accident? Does a professional ABC cameraman not know about head space? All of this adds to the psychological effect of developing mistrust.

    ABC should be ashamed.

  7. This is astonishing. To equate the points of view of Peter schiff and Gerald Celente to porn peddlers is truly over the top. With "news" like this its no wonder the broadcast news departments are dying off. Also the term "pessimism porn" bothers me. Does it mean if you disagree with the popular sentiment of the current economic course our leaders and President are charting that you are somehow seedy and deserve to stay in the dark alleys where porn pushers used to frequent? If you do not go along with the delerious wave of enchantment our new administration casts over millions are you somehow a less than ideal citizen? Truly disappointing.

  8. this is a really shocking and interesting piece of media manipulation...

People who make correct predictions are wierd
People who make false predictions are legitimate.

The guy who asked about storing food - I would say it is probably a good idea to start a garden and start stocking up slowly on dried foods if you are worried... and we all have reason to be. If you can afford to start stockpiling and you have the space then you are lucky. This whole dollar collapse is taking time to play out; most people seem to think the dollar will hold steady for another year or longer. It seems like there is still at least some time.

  9. Then optimism is no different from being high on drugs. Well done.

  10. Why ABC does that? Is it because of political aspirations of Schiff? Or is it just a way to discredit Glenn Back?

  11. what does glenn beck have to do with this?
he uses the same kind of tactics shown in the video. just because he had schiff on when he was on CNN doesn't mean he's sane.

  13. Fair and balanced reporting at it's best. There's nothing that constitutes a fair assessment of Schiff's views on the piece.

Instead, you get childish terms and manipulative editing to push a dishonest agenda.

Since when has being right, like Celente and Schiff have been, constitute a "bad" and avoitable behavior?
